Conditions for booking and renting
ALL DRIVING AND SAILING ARE AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY
The age limit for renting a bike with us is 18 years. Maximum weight is 120 kg. Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs.

A valid ID document must be presented in connection with the rental. In case of late return, a fee of SEK 200/day per bicycle or boat.

The tenant must:
Lock the rental object with the associated lock as instructed.
Do not hand over the bike/boat to others.
Return the rented item in the same condition as when it was delivered. Any damage must be reported upon return. Damages that occur during the rental period and require repair must be paid for by the tenant.

Replace the bike or boat if it is stolen during the rental period.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the booked time. In case of cancellation, a fee of SEK 100 per bicycle or boat is added.

Processing of personal data
When you rent with us, your rental is linked to your name and email to complete your booking. We store that information for as long as is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you. Additional personal data only needs to be presented when renting and is not stored with us.
